Running a marathon is not merely running a race but is a science which requires impeccable planning, strong will, focus, and months of training before we participate, it is also a combination of desire, determination, dedication, discipline & proper diet.

When I was a kid, Diwali was probably my favourite day of the year. For me, any Sunday is like Diwali as I love going out on a beautiful day and watch runners. I follow the sport so I enjoy seeing which professional is vying to win.
Then as an adult it’s been a great way to keep myself fit, in shape and stay involved in the same sport. It’s been close to 4 years now that I am running and can’t imagine ever stopping!

My ultimate goal is to take part in all 6 Marathon Majors and Comrades my favourite sporting events and just enjoy the experience. I won’t be running for a time, but would be happy to give my best every time.

I am a working professional with MNC and a certified Marathon Coach from American College of Sports Medicine. I have been running for last 4 years and have successfully completed 1 Ultra Marathon (50 KMS), 3 Full Marathons (42 KMS), more than 30 Half Marathons (21 KMS) in last 4 years with personal best timing is 4:01 HRS in Full Marathon, 1:44 HRS in Half Marathon as a 1st runner Up in my age category.
Running is a passion for me and it has helped me immensely in getting great mental and physical health in last 4 years.
